Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs and melted butter
Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to create the crust
Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling
In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until it thickens
Let it sit for a few minutes to set
Spread a layer of chocolate ice cream over the cookie crust in the pie dish
Pour the prepared chocolate pudding over the ice cream layer
Top the pie with a generous layer of whipped cream
Drizzle chocolate syrup over the whipped cream and sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top for added texture and flavor
