Indulge in the bold flavors of grilled steak and roasted vegetables, perfectly complemented by the rich and complex notes of Sans Liege - Prophetess wine.
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of Sans Liege - Prophetess wine
- 1 lb of medium-rare grilled steak
- 1 cup of roasted vegetables bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
On both sides, sprinkle the steak with a lot of salt and pepper
Put some olive oil on the vegetables and season them with salt and pepper
For medium-rare, or any other level of doneness you like, grill the steak for four to five minutes on each side
While the steak is resting, grill the vegetables for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they are slightly charred and soft
With a bottle of Sans Liege - Prophetess wine, serve the grilled steak and vegetables
