A botanical and refreshing drink that combines the floral notes of gin with the sour tang of grapefruit and is balanced out with the subtle sweetness of fennel syrup.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz fennel syrup
- Club soda
- Grapefruit twist, for garnish
Instructions:
Put ice in a shaker
Float fennel syrup on top of the gin
Add fresh grapefruit juice
Make sure to shake it well until its cold
Pour through a strainer into an ice-filled glass
Add club soda on top
Put a grapefruit twist on top
