Ingredients:

- 5 lbs beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 loaf French bread, cubed
Instructions:
Put onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and beef in a slow cooker in that order
Put Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together
Pour it over the slow-cooked beef and vegetables
On low heat, cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours, or until the beef is soft
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Put the beef mixture that has been cooked in a baking dish
Add mozzarella and provolone cheese that has been shred on top
Place French bread cubes on top of the cheese
Place the pan in an oven that has already been heated
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is golden brown
Enjoy while hot
