These zalmrolletjes are great for a quick and tasty snack or appetizer that wont break the keto diet. Adding smoked salmon, creamy cheese, and fresh cucumber together makes for a great flavor explosion.
Ingredients:
- 200g smoked salmon slices
- 100g cream cheese
- 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put the smoked salmon slices on a clean surface and spread them out flat
Put a little cream cheese on top of each slice
Spread out the cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese layer
Add salt and pepper to the cucumber slices along with the chopped dill
Make tight rolls with the salmon slices
Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it
