Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
Put honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl
Add the soy sauce and mix them all together
Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again
Make sure the salmon has enough on it
Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to marinate
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Take the salmon out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade
Place salmon fillets on the grill
Cook for four to five minutes on each side, or until a fork can easily flake the fish
Salmon should be taken off the grill once its done and topped with sesame seeds
Add your favorite sides and serve hot
