Microwave Potato Chips

Craving potato chips but dont want the hassle of frying Try making these crispy potato chips in the microwave for a healthier alternative

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium-sized potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

Clean the potatoes with water and dry them with a paper towel

Use a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife to cut the potatoes into thin slices

Put the potato slices on a plate that can go in the microwave that has been lined with parchment paper

Pour olive oil over the potato slices and mix them around to cover them all

Add as much salt as you like to the potato slices

The potato slices should be cooked on high for 4 to 6 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy

Every two minutes, check on the slices and flip them over to make sure theyre cooking evenly

The potato chips are ready to be served

Take them out of the microwave and let them cool for a few minutes

Enjoy your microwave potato chips that you made yourself
